Eligibility
Open to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, researchers, and industry professionals. At least one author must register for the conference to present.
Formatting
- Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format.
Maximum length: one page, 1" margins, 11pt font.
Clearly state title, authors, affiliations, and contact email.
Review Criteria
Relevance to the conference theme.
Clarity of objectives, methods, and results.
Novelty and potential impact of the work.

What is the deadline for abstract submission?
The final deadline for all abstract submissions is December 15, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered for oral presentations.
Can I submit multiple abstracts?
We are limiting submissions to one abstract per registered participant.
How will I know if my abstract is accepted?
Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email by January 10, 2027.
Is there a fee for submission?
Abstract submission is free of charge. However, at least one author must register for the conference to present the work.
